Instead of hiding in shame, Stacey Greene dealt with her husband’s infidelity by writing a book, Stronger Than Broken—One couple’s decision to move through an affair. She felt sharing her very personal story would be helpful for others facing the same all-too-common situation, a courageous act about a topic many do their best to hide.
Stacey doesn’t sugarcoat the episode, nor the challenging road to repair a marriage after a spouse is unfaithful. Pouring her heart out for the book was therapeutic for Stacey, and she hopes her honesty will assist others put in similar circumstances. Stronger Than Broken deals with infidelity and the resulting emotions, but it is also about forgiveness, healing, and love.
Stacey’s brave story of rising above infidelity is one of ten accounts in my upcoming book, (Extra)Ordinary: More Inspirational Stories of Everyday People, which will be released on October 10, 2017.
