I heard a great quote recently by Dr. Daniel Amen, what he calls the “18-40-60 Rule”: “At 18 you care what everyone thinks, at 40 you don’t care what anyone thinks and at 60 you realize no one ever cared about what you thought, they were busy worrying about themselves.”
